One focused platform for brokerage operations.
The Internal Broker Platform is a web-based enterprise application used by brokerage operations teams to manage brokers, assign operational tasks, monitor statuses, and generate business reports.
It replaced a legacy third-party solution whose excessive functionality no longer matched the team's actual workflows.

Design Process
Challenges & Solutions
No time for building a visual language from scratch.
→Adopted Material Design as a base and customized it into a consistent internal system.
No designs, no system, no documented flows — starting from absolute zero.
→Built the information architecture first, so every screen had a clear place before design started.
Development had to start while modules were still being designed.
→Delivered core states of every screen first; edge states followed in parallel with development.
Large volumes of operational data, statuses and interconnected reports.
→Standardized reusable table, filter and status patterns across all modules.
Platform Structure
Dashboard — operational overview
Broker List — status-driven tables
Reports — report generation
This is an internal system, so the interface can't be shown publicly. These schematics illustrate the platform's structure — detailed work available on request in a portfolio review call.
